Was a full-time real estate investor and broker who bought, renovated, and sold my single family properties and renovated and kept the multi-families for cash flow. Recently semi-retired and relocated to the Houston area where I am taking a more low-key involvement. I am still interested in buying and renovating to build equity, but am only interested in multi-family properties either inside the Loop or in the Northwest sector of the Houston metro.
