Multifamily investor focused on syndicating deals across 75+ unit, Class B/C, value-add properties, in growing Southern markets. I also passively invest given the strength of real estate assets in one's portfolio. Currently own an interest in several hundred doors, a commercial fund, and some venture capital. Background working for a S&P 500 oil and gas company, managing oil and gas acquisitions, divestitures, and overseeing asset management. Lead engineer on $472 mm dollar acquisition, assisted on $588 mm dollar divestment, and led analysis on hundreds of deals across the US. I also spent 2 years as an asset lead, helping oversee a $800 mm budget and drilling 150 wells in a year. In April 2019, I left the company after it was bought out to start a private equity backed group with 10 former colleagues. The group secured a $500 mm commitment and is currently in acquisition mode.
