I have been investing for 20 plus years in buy and hold real estate and work a full time job. I currently have 30 properties already seasoned and running very smoothly. I was successful at partnering on two multi family properties (a 77 unit in 2020) and a (30 unit in 2021) both of which had a value add play on the rehab as well as the rent increases. My plan is to purchase 2-4 multi family (2-8) units in the next 2 years when pricing settles.
