I currently work full time as a mechanical engineer designing commercial aircraft seating. My wife and I have been interested in buying real estate as a means to generate long term wealth and passive income for quite some time. In late 2019, we took the plunge and purchased our first rental property - a single family home in the same neighborhood we currently live. I enjoy meeting with other investors (seasoned, new, or prospective) and talking about anything real estate related. I have a lot to learn but I'm looking forward to all of our future projects and connections we make along the way!
