Hi! I'm Brad from Athens GA. I'm currently working a corporate gig with a software company. I purchased the house I own now in 2010 with the intentions of living in it for a while, and potentially holding it longer term as a rental. No solid plans. I was motivated by the realization of how much money I was throwing away on rent and the fact that Obama was offering me 8K do sign my life away. My ambitions have changed since that time and now I want to take it further. I found BP while searching for info on a refi. I quickly found the forum and wanted to get some feedback on the loan term options I had. I posted, and to my surprise, I received several replies in no time with super helpful thoughts and comments. Totally different experience from most forums. From there I discovered the podcast and have attended several webinars. Love it. I hope to learn a ton from the community here and at some point be able to make my own contribution. Looking forward to an awesome real estate investing journey. Experience: I own my primary residence, which I purchased as a foreclosure, and currently have one rental property which is a duplex. Real Estate Goals: I would ultimately like to generate enough cash flow off of a portfolio of properties sustain my lifestyle. My current strategy to accomplish this will be through single and multi-family properties. My goal is to purchase 1 - 2 properties per year. Currently Seeking: Knowledge. Partners. Deals.
