Brad Fletcher

Hi, my name is Brad and I am a real estate investor in Denver, Colorado. Right now, I’m looking to purchase single family and multi-family investment properties to remodel, rent, refinance, repeat. I moved to Denver a few years ago from Portland, Oregon. I have a flexible full time job in Digital Marketing that allows me the ability to work on Real Estate part-time. Experience: I am not new to investing but still working on building a larger portfolio of properties. I have some experience with house hacking - and I have completed a few home remodels doing some of the work ourselves (always looking for great contractors though). I am a very hardworking, reliable, and loyal person who learns quickly. Real Estate Goals: I am hoping to learn as much as possible about real estate investing and I'm always looking to expand my experience and knowledge. I have over 20 years of experience in Sales and Marketing and most recently in the past 8 years - online/digital/email marketing and I would be happy to use those skills working for free to help out other real estate investors in order to learn. In addition, I have many years of experience cold calling and developing new business. Currently Seeking: I am hoping to learn the real estate business by providing value to other people who are doing what I would like to do – investing in real estate.
