Brad Holz

Started as a handyman in mid 1990s while attending high school. While in college was caretaker for a college apartment building and a few houses. Graduated Saint Cloud State University with a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration. Worked as an IT Engineer and Executive for 18 years. During this period acquired four properties and sold one. Mostly Buy and Hold with one exception that I sold in June of 2015 after buying it in November of 2012. Currently own 10 units. I've helped a handful of others get started and enjoyed the process. I believe in the journey, the learning experience, and helping others who are willing to put in the effort. I am a licensed Realtor in MN & WI. Since I do the majority of repairs myself, I have deep knowledge in rehab cost and timelines. I also have 20 years experience in property management. I use some very traditional processes as well as automated others with software. If you're interested in buying commercial, residential, or land investments in Washington Co. MN or St. Croix Co, WI let's connect to see where we can mutually benefit one another.
