I am a real estate investor from Folsom, CA. I have been purchasing rentals since 2011, but didn't make it my career until 2017 when I sold my vending machine business, and became a stay at home dad. We currently own rentals in the Tahoe market, Cleveland Market, and Conway, New Hampshire market. I am looking to stay up to date on real estate trends and continue to learn new strategies to increase the income from our portfolio, as well as add to it.
