I am a commercial real estate lender at Choice One Bank in Port Huron, MI. The exposure to real estate investing and knowledge obtained through my profession has been terrific and has prompted me to get in the game. I'm constantly looking for opportunities for my business and ultimately/primarily my customers. I see real estate totally different now and love finding a property, facilitating a purchase, and finalizing the details. I have 8 residential Units(3 sfr, 1 Triplex, 1 duplex) and 1 large commercial office space. I am currently interested in multi-family. I also want to continue helping other investors realize opportunities in CRE acquisitions, Including but not limited to Owner occupied, non owner occupied, multi-family, hotel/motel, professional buildIngs, portfolio loans and developments.
