About myself
I am a software developer in San Diego (unrelated to real estate). My wife and I own 3 properties in San Diego, and looking at new out of state markets to invest. Our primary goal for the next 3-4 years is cash flow. We primary are on bigger pockets to make connections to agents/lenders/property managers to help us out with this out of state endeavor! -Brad
