I became a real estate investor after a career in banking particularly accounting and finance. So I am familiar with residential mortgages, construction financing, foreclosures, appraisals, REO, etc. My wife a has degree in interior design. So that is be a valuable asset to our rehabbing projects Our focus is on Utah as well vacation rentals and long term throughout the U.S. Also interested in car washes.
