I have been investing in real estate since 2010. I specialize in finding deals by marketing for properties where I have the potential sellers calling me. I found all my deals through marketing not through the MLS. Currently I own four rentals and wholesaled three more. I also am a Triangle Real Estate Investors Association Board Member and serve as the Publicity Chair.
