I’m a relative newbie investor from California looking for long distance real estate investing opportunities to create a passive income for my family. I am the father of two young boys and the husband of an amazing work at home wife. I have a townhouse that I currently rent out and manage myself, but am looking to expand my portfolio in other states, primarily by single family homes and smaller multi families.
