My name is Brandon and I am new to real estate investing. My goal is to Buy, Rehab and Sale (Flip) . Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance and Repeat (BRRR technique) SFH's and MFH's to create cash flow while creating on hand capital. I will be looking in New Orleans and the surrounding areas.
