Rental Property Investor
I'm an Executive in the Insurance industry, father of 3 and lover of learning. I currently have 8 SFR's and rent out a small apartment. Most of my properties are here in SC but 1 is in VA. I prefer rentals and am enjoying learning more about the BRRR strategy. I'm open to flips but I make a good income and am mostly interested in long term growth. Experience: I have 8 rental properties Real Estate Goals: Would like to own 20+ rental properties by retirement. Getting more interested in multi-family.
