I have been a municipal firefighter for a larger Rhode Island fire department since 2005, where I also serve as the Treasurer of it’s labor union. Investing in real estate in various capacities and facets has been something that I have been actively involved with since 2008. I believe in several basic business principles. Provide blue collar workmanship in conjunction with white collar service. Provide solutions and alternatives rather than just identifying problems. Under promise and over deliver. Never mix the two up. Exhibit fortitude and diligence when going through pain points. Quitting in the face of adversity despite how insurmountable something may seem is never an option. Think outside the box, follow your gut, and do the exact opposite of the masses. Experience: My partner and I own several dozen rental properties and are continuously expanding our portfolio. We also have extensive experience in fix and flips as well as wholesaling, rentals, property and project management. Our niche has become consulting for other owners. We inspect, build out to speck, lease, manage/maintain, and operate the rental portfolio’s of other investors in a property management aspect. As soon as a third party owner closes, we go in and become a one stop shop to build out and manage rentals. We have extensive construction backgrounds, and on staff, we have full time carpenters, electricians, and maintenance personnel as well as several part time employees and a number of third party associations.
