I’m a Business Development Manager at Consistent Capital, a real estate lender focused on providing investor-friendly financing solutions. I’m also a licensed Realtor with Carolina One Real Estate, based in Charleston, SC. As an active investor, I own and manage both long-term and short-term rentals in the Charleston area and Upstate New York, and I’ve completed several successful flips. My focus is on continuing to grow my portfolio through larger commercial and multifamily acquisitions, while also helping other investors secure the funding and support they need to achieve their own real estate goals.
