I work full time as a welder. If you're in a big building that has been built with in the last 5 years( on the east coast) look up,there is a good chance some of my welds are holding the place together! My Brother/ business partner works full time on a crew of five building new construction homes. Together we gutted and rebuilt the house I live in currently. Once that was done we bought another house that was suppose to be quick flip. But, we ended up gutting that one too! We are almost done with that one and are now in the market for next project! Short term goals- learn the market to be able identify best opportunity for a "quick and easy" flip. -start a home rehabbing "company" -buy a fixer upper multifamily long term goal: use money from flips to acquire mid-large size multifamily apartment building(s) that need(s) to be renovated. Purchase a mobile home park 50+ units
