About Me: -During the day, I am a corporate tax accountant. -During the night, weekend, and sometimes during the day...I am a real estate investor who owns 2 SFH rentals. -My goal is to make the world a better place in every area I can. In my real estate investor role, this means trying to help people by creating more housing that is affordable and fits with the needs of our communities. I have 2 focuses for 2022 and 2023: 1) Purchase off market deals using subject to and seller financing. Fixing up the properties. Then either selling or holding depending on the market/metrics. 2) Buying properties off of the MLS that can be converted to a higher use. For example, buying a 3 bedroom house with 2,500 sq ft. and creating more bedrooms, then renting out by the room. I am looking to connect with: -People passionate about real estate in the Willamette Valley. -Real estate agents who work with investors. -Real estate investors who would be interested in partnering or even just discussing real estate. I'm interested in joining/forming a mastermind group.
