12/28/2017- Currently working on 2 Flips on the westside of Atlanta. 06/25/2018 - I left Lockheed Martin on May of 2018 ( that was my goal) - I currently have one sold property for the year of 2018 (2493 Oldknow) - I also currently have 3 more Rehab projects 63 Joseph E lowery , 405 New Jersey Ave, and 408 New Jersey Ave. - I restructured my business I now broker deals and project manage using my network. - Currently in the formation stages of a private equity fund with NAV of 5 MM where I will serve as fund manage. Background -Finance - Options Day Trader, Securities Trader -Property Management (SFH) 2008-2012 -Project Management (Real Estate) (Beginner stages) 2008-2012 I'm no expert but I know where to find the information if I need it.
