I jumped into real estate back in 2012 working for an investment company here in San Diego focusing on NOD's (notice of defaults) which helped me gain education and inspiration to branch out on my own picking up multiple properties. I love flipping distressed properties locally here in San Diego turning them into something beautiful again. I also hold properties virtually out of state with most of my portfolio surrounded in Ohio and New York creating our own systems and in-house property management. Focusing on the "BRRRR" strategy, utilizing and leveraging credit cards to complete every remodel along with even purchasing some properties all at 0% interest for 18 months are some of the creative techniques I like to implement. Investing in real estate has 100% blessed us with everything it's done in my life, so much so that we've created a podcast geared towards educating, motivating, and preparing people to take action called "Ready. Set. Go. Real Estate Investing." The podcast has helped 100's of people that we know of so far and we have big goals ahead to help millions more. I picked up a small handful of coaching clients looking to make the same change in their lives as I'm very good at simplifying real estate as well as wanted another avenue to help the real estate community besides my podcast and through my book, "Action Driven." Moving forward I'm looking to expand my network with greater connections that serve the both of us, blow up the podcast to help millions of people, create my own syndication investing in huge multifamily, expand private money relationships to create more lucrative, strong, safe returns for our investors, creating win-win situations, and helping thousands of additional people get started in real estate.
