I started in RE in 2008. I joined a young company in the luxury space. At the start of the Great Recession. We fortunately navigated through it very well and built the largest equity-based luxury real estate fund (70+ residences) in North America. I dove into Atlanta real estate investing three years ago. I worked with some really smart people to understand the acquisition, disposition, marketing and financial pieces to local investing. And a lot of wholesaling. My mission now is to improve the wholesaling experience for everyone. Investors - better use of marketing, analytics and technology. Sellers - more transparency and an improved selling experience.
