I am a licensed real estate agent with Better Homes and Gardens, The Masiello Group; as well as a seasoned investor in the southern and central Maine areas. I started out my career wholesaling real estate in southern Maine, and used that to spring my business into purchasing flips and rentals. I have a strong knowledge of construction and codes, and use this to my and my clients advantage. I currently have a rental property that was a BRRRR (buy, renovate, rent, refinance, repeat) in South Portland, and have also flipped houses in Lewiston, and Biddeford. I typically purchase these homes using private/hard money, and focus on adding value through construction and modernization. I love talking all things real estate, and truly believe the best way to build wealth is through property.
