I'm a full-time, buy and hold guy in NE Indiana. I currently own 39 residential rental units, mostly small multi-family residential. That's the "day job" I am trying to escape at this point ;) For the past year and a half I've been focused on creatively purchasing commercial properties with three other local partners. Our focus is on self storage and industrial but we occasionally look at other commercial assets. We're looking for these deals across several states and already own stuff in four states together. I’ll slowly sell off my residential portfolio to shift my equity into these commercial deals.
