About myself
I am a licensed Real Estate Agent (at Group One Sotheby's) in Boise, as well as a licensed Architect (with my own practice, COUPE architecture) in both Idaho & Washington. I assist clients with the Purchase / Sale of their primary, secondary & investment properties, as well as provide design services like renovations, additions, full custom homes, feasibility studies, etc. With profits from these businesses, I am working to build my long-term rental portfolio. Currently Seeking: Retirement by Age 55.
