I'm a real estate investor with properties in Wichita and Kansas City. Started listening to BP several years ago and loved what I was hearing. I was recently able to quit my day job as I could now support myself through the real estate I’d acquired. I’m looking to continue to grow and learn and keep rehabbing property along the way. I currently manage and rehab my own properties. Experience: Now renting 25 doors between Wichita and Kansas City and looking for another BRRRR deal, either SFR or small multi. Real Estate Goals: Want to get enough from RE to leave the day job by 40 (CHECK!!) and set up a nice passive cash flow for retirement Currently Seeking: Want to buy another SFR or multi in the next year
