Brandon Lowry

I’ve been working for my father’s $15 million electric, plumbing, and HVAC sales, install, and service company for the past 20 years. I started out as an electrician for the first 6 years, then did various jobs in the warehouse and office working my way up, I am now the operations manager. I’m new to R.E.I. I’ve just been reading as much as possible, saving as much money as possible, listening to YouTube, and now posting and reading here on BP. Im finally in a position to be able to make a deal, so i’m talking to anyone I know to try to find someone to either learn from, partner with, or at least a someone with a proven history who’s already done it and is willing to help give me some direction by answering some questions and giving me their opinions on the first few deals.  In the meantime I’m now getting involved in this forum, continuing to to educate myself wherever I can, and looking at deals trying to figure it out by doing basic numbers to try to get more familiar with it all and hopefully find a great deal that’ll be a good start to my buy and hold portfolio
