I'm a passionate, outgoing real estate investor who brings a multitude of experience to the industry. Prior to founding Owens Legacy Properties LLC in 2017, I spent 12 years working for a Fortune 50 Company in the Insurance and Financial Services Industry with five of those years in management. I gained significant exposure analyzing residential and commercial properties, risk management and sound investment techniques. The desire to help others sustain a legacy coupled with my background is what drew me to real estate investing. I'm a native of the Southeastern corridor having lived in Mississippi, Alabama, Florida, & Georgia. It is through these opportunities that I've acquired an understanding of the communities and their diverse real estate needs. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Alabama-Birmingham. Passionate to my craft, I continuously seek to stay ahead of the game when it comes to education and market trends. My success has been driven by placing an emphasis on ethics and commitment to clients. I have a strong reputation of high integrity, professionalism, and trust; these principles are at the very core and foundation of my company. Real Estate Goals: My immediate goal is to acquire 2 million dollars worth of real investments that generate $100k in cash flow annually.
