I am a Realtor in Erie, PA. I focus mainly with investors but also love to help with residential. As for my own portfolio I focus mainly on buy and hold/fix and hold, but I'm starting to get into a few other areas. I also own and run a local laundromat. I purchased my first residential home in 2009, and started my investement journey in 2013. I reached my 2019 goal of being over 100 units as of March 2019, and growing every day!
