Brandon Smith

Hello my name is Brandon Smith, I've been investing in Real Estate locally since 2003. I am the owner of Element Properties,LLC and Co-owner of Smith Renovations,LLC a small family renovation company specializing in remodeling historic properties as well as custom design kitchen and bathroom projects. I live in sharpsburg Md with my wife of 16 years and our two boys. I try to stay very active in the local community, serving as a Town Councilman since 2005 and active in my local church. I am a member of REIA United (Formerly HUB City Real Estate Investment Association of Hagerstown), and understand the importance of staying connected with a network of intelligent and honest businessmen and women. I am a full time investor, licensed home inspector and remodeling contractor. I have been fortunate enough to have weathered the “bad times” and been able to learn from the setbacks that this business can throw at you. • We are full time professional real estate investors making a difference in our community one house and one family a time. We take pride in our ability to create “win win win” solutions for our sellers, buyers, and investors. [email protected] www.elementprops.com www.directhousebuyers.com www.SmithRen.com
