I am a business owner/Entrepreneur/Real Estate Investor. I'm currently studying to get my Realtors License here in California. I Plan on focusing as an sales agent for a few years in order to learn more about proper real estate investment strategies. I'm here to learn from anyone willing to teach. Financially speaking I've been focusing on making money the old fashioned way, working. At this point Id like to focus more on investing in long term passive income streams. I'm interested in acquiring a few small multifamily properties. After I get some more skills under my belt I plan to move to larger multifamily units. I consider myself a full time student of life experience. Rolling with the punches. “ I never lose. I either win or learn” ~ Nelson Mandela
