I am building a portfolio of rental properties to generate passive income for the short term and wealth for the future. My focus currently is on a specific college town that has great student renters and affordable properties. My goal, one day, is to have enough rental units to cover all my family's living expenses. Experience: 2016 - Bought and house hacked a duplex. 2020 - Purchasing a SFH and a duplex in a single deal.
