Early in my career, I helped hundreds of clients enter the residential investment market. What I observed during those years was eye-opening: very few investors actually achieved meaningful profitability at smaller scales. After transitioning to apartment community management and leading multiple stabilization projects, a truth became undeniable to me—institutional-scale multifamily investing is the only reliable path to sustainable returns.
