I have worked in various roles, including leasing consultant, property manager, regional manager, and now as the owner of WellsWay Management. Throughout my career, I have developed a strong passion for serving others, which is why I place such a high emphasis on being a servant leader. Outside of my day-to-day work, I am an active member of the real estate and management industry. In my personal life, I am a husband of eight years and a father to two young boys, aged four and nine. I strive to balance my professional and personal responsibilities by prioritizing communication, time management, and self-care. I believe that being a present and engaged father and husband is just as important as being a successful business owner and industry leader.
