Brannan Beasley

Avid traveler and investor, I've been involved in real estate my entire life, learning the trade from my father. In 2014 I quit my job as an engineer to invest full-time, and haven't looked back. Other hobbies include anything outdoors, tennis, and raquetball. Experience: I'm a buy and hold investor, with multifamily and single family units, almost exclusively foreclosures. I've completed many rehabs, with the goal to hold them forever. Currently Seeking: I am looking for more multifamily deals but keep my eyes open for any good opportunity (I'm talking to you, wholesalers!). I would love to meet/learn from someone who has experience with larger multifamily (10+ units) or commercial projects.
