I am a new investor who is in the middle of closing on his 1st deal in Mililani, Hawaii. It is for my primary home. Wanting to learn as much as I possibly can and dive into real estate investing more aggressively. Looking for my next deal shortly after to build my portfolio. I am currently active military but about to start working in a government contracting capacity. I have a wife and 2 kids - both girls (1 and 3)!
