About myself
New to real estate, partnering with my wife, Lindsay. Have done a couple of tax liens in our local area but mainly interested in buy and hold investing in small multi-family or SFHs ideally with the BRRRR method out of state. Have one turn-key new construction SFH in the Cincinnati metro. Interested in the KC metro area and are looking to get the next two doors under contract by the end of 2021.
