About myself
I am a substitute teacher. I typically teach high school math as a long term substitute teacher. I am close (within 5 years) to retirement. I need to produce income for retirement. It is for this reason that I dabble in real estate. I have one rental property (3-bdrm, 2-bath). I have $100,000 in equity. I am refinancing this property now and hope to buy a 4-plex.
