First and foremost I am a family man. Every financial decisions is centered on the well being of my family and it's future. By day I am construction manager that specializing in public architecture. I manage state/federal funded projects for local municipalities, academia, NGOs, health care systems, and private corporations. By night (sometimes during the day) I own and manage 3 rental units and working on rehabbing a fourth. My ultimate goal is to be financially independent by 45 so I can start a handyman business for my kids to learn business and trade skills.
