Investor from Evans City, PA. I am an electrician, commercial/residential/industrial, have been since high school. I had an interest in electricity as a child and as a teenager I would work for my uncle’s construction framing crew. So I married my interest and the only experience I had to make money, together. I am self employed now and starting my transition to landlord. I’ve always enjoyed working on and repairing, rehabbing old homes. I’d like to be able to do that for myself, and turn that effort into passive income to grant me the freedom to move at my own pace.
