In the process of fixing minor things with my house so I can sell in 2 years and use that money as a downpayment for the next one. 9k down payment turned my investment into 35k in equity in just over 2 years. Experience: I had a house, but lost it during foreclosure. Made some bad choices on the house including the location. Real Estate Goals: Rental properties as passive income to generate over time and eventually allow me to pursue it full time. Currently Seeking: Knowledge.
