Brent Reynolds

I am a Central Florida REALTOR® and real estate investor. I have 30+ years in lodging hospitality (branding, franchising, hotel and resort operations, and asset management). I started investing in real estate in 2009 with a goal of building personal wealth and passive income. I started with a vacation rental which performed well and have since sold. Today I focus on buy and hold small multi-family long term rentals, including a successful 4-plex in Leesburg, Florida. I have a goal of building a portfolio of 10 long term MFU rentals in the next three years. My passion for real estate has grown and recently left my W2 to pursue more opportunities. In 2022, I obtained by Florida real estate license and joined Tyler Gibson and GPG Team, brokered by eXp Realty - an investor-friendly agency specializing in central Florida long-term rentals and Disney area short-term vacation rentals. I love to share my knowledge of investing in central Florida and helping new and seasoned investors achieve their goals.
