When I got out of college, I was looking at getting a corporate job because I thought that's what you were suppose to do. Then I met a person who retired when he was 35 years old, and I thought that sounds better than working until you were 65 years old. So I followed him and started buying and selling houses. Around 400 houses later I realized that what I really want was passive income. Currently, I am investing in multifamily apartments, mobile home parks, and self storage units. I always look forward to talking and sharing information with other accredited investors.
