I was born and raised in Clearwater,FL.Lives in Tampa. Have a set of twin boys. My path to Real Estate started when i was 13 and would stayed up late watching those late-night infomercial on how to make money buying houses. Somehow i tricked my moms who was raising three kids by herself to loan me $26 so i could by a real estate book, get rich and buy her a big house.but almost 85% of the words in this book, i had no idea what the heck they meant and since i had no one to help me understand what i was reading, i just put it up in the closet. Not too long after, i started hanging out on the streets getting in trouble and forgot all about those $26 and a big house i promised my moms. So the reason i'm here on BP is two words: compound interest because she hasn't forgotten.
