Bret Gillespie

I am a young and hungry real estate investor in the Wilmington, NC and Coastal Carolina's market! My wife and I currently live on Carolina Beach, NC and were featured on HGTV for our own episode of Island Life. We currently do AirBnb in the Carolina Beach, NC market, and are loving the way things are going. We are always looking to for ways to exponentially increase our portfolio. RE Investing is currently a side-gig for myself, as I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy by trade, where as my fiance is a Realtor in the Cape Fear Region. Let's connect!
