About myself
NW Indiana born and raised. Have spent my life around the trades and real estate. Started investing a few years in rehabbing primary residence and flipping for a profit. Decided to change paths and get into the rental market. Have rented before with some poor luck on choice of tenants (family and friends) but am not one to quit. I have always known real estate is the path to freedom but never knew the correct steps to get there.
