I focus on high-yield opportunities across international and domestic markets and manage Thalassa Holdings, LLC, a real estate investment and consulting firm, alongside my wife, who hails from the beautiful Island of Crete. Our focus is on making strategic acquisitions in both the Greek Islands and U.S. college towns. We strive to discover hidden gem properties in Greece and rental opportunities in university-focused areas in the US, all while assisting newcomers to international real estate in making their first (or second) investment. Currently, we are trying to convince our 8-year-old daughter to move to Greece for an academic semester...it's not going well.
