I've been in residential development and construction management most of my professional career and it has become my personal passion. I oversee land development and new home construction for residential & mixed use development projects. I manage all aspects of the development process from structuring the land purchase, site improvements and building construction. Experience: From a career standpoint I have been in construction management and land development in the field as well as negotiating deals. This includes estimating of renovations, new construction and large developments. Real Estate Goals: My primary goal is to build a passive income and wealth generation for the long term. I am actively looking for vacant land deals for single off lot construction to large Planned Unit Development parcels. Currently Seeking: Lead generating opportunities and like minded people to work with on projects.
