Bretton F Trapnell

**ATTENTION RENTAL INVESTORS** Hi, I'm Bretton, an Arizona and Utah REALTOR® and active real estate investor. I don't just help investors buy properties; I personally have owned and managed single family rentals, multifamily properties, and short-term/vacation rentals. My goal is to help investors find properties that make sense as investments, whether you're looking for a single family, multifamily, traditional long-term rental, or short-term rental. I also co-own and operate Platinum Vacation Rentals, a full-service short-term rental management company. For investors interested in vacation rentals, we can help with the entire process, from identifying and purchasing the right property, to furnishing and preparing it for guests, to launching and managing it as a cash-flowing short-term rental. Whether you're purchasing your first investment property or adding to an existing portfolio, I'd love to be your one-stop resource for investing in Arizona or Utah.
