I work full-time in downtown Minneapolis and and finishing up my CPA this fall. I purchased my first duplex a year out of college and have definitely loved every bit of the experience (good and bad). I am currently looking to build my real estate portfolio and would love to receive any guidance and input that individuals have. I constantly monitor the very active Minneapolis market and live on the west side of Lake Harriet.
